Fast 800 Keto: easy to read but didn't tell me anything I didn't already know
What My Bones Know: I have no words to explain how outstandingly brilliant this book is. A personal account of attempting to recover from c-ptsd.
happy-Go-Lucky: I already loved David Sedaris; this just made me love him more.
Anatomy of a Scandal: way better than the TV show currently on Netflix
Sugar Crush: informative, fascinating and terrifying
Idol: did not live up to the hype but an easy read
From Strength to Strength: a bit meh
The Best Of Me: you know someone is an amazing writer when you've read all their books and you still enjoy re-reading their essays in a best of collection
Why Has Nobody Told Me This Before?: An accessible handbook for mental health with lots of useful tips
The Push: well written and quite chilling
Michel The Giant: I cannot stop talking about this book. A truly unique, true story of adventure and discovery. Interesting; engaging; thought provoking; informative. Loved it.

Of course, she's had a great time doing fun stuff and mixing with kids from other schools. And today we walked home through a thunderstorm, running to get past puddles and avoid being splashed by cars. There was a lot of giggling.
To be honest, I'm not entirely sure I'm ready for my baby to be thinking about big school - but she seems pretty excited by it all!
This summer I have signed up for the One Million S This summer I have signed up for the One Million Step Challenge to raise money for Diabetes UK.

The challenge is to take one million steps between July 1st and September 30th - I'm hoping this will help S and I to stay active over the summer.

We would love if you would sponsor us using this link: https://step.diabetes.org.uk/fundraising/vicky4915
Or perhaps you could sign up to take the challenge too!

Not gonna lie; I'm fairly proud of my Fitbit effor Not gonna lie; I'm fairly proud of my Fitbit efforts last week.
I tend to think most of these things are rubbish when it comes to how healthy you are - but also the numbers and reports help to keep me moving. I try to hit my step goal every week day, and have some weird sort of competition with myself when it comes to active minutes - my goal is 200 per week so I aim to get multiples of that.
I think after last week I might have a bit of a break this week though!
