Podcast #37: 9 Instagram Tips

Welcome to my podcast!

Eventually I will get all of the show notes (and Spreaker links) for previous podcasts onto this site, but in the meantime if you’re looking for previous shows you can find them here.

This week’s podcast is 9 Instagram tips – for people who don’t want to be “professional” Instagrammers. Whenever I read Instagram advice for bloggers, it tends to be centred around crafting a very stylised Instagram feed, with advice like “if a photo wouldn’t make it onto your blog, don’t put it on your Instagram.” That advice is great for people who are after a more professional-looking Instagram feed, but a lot of the people I’ve spoken to have said they don’t want a stylised Instagram feed, or to change what they’re posting.

Here, then, are nine Instagram tips for those people!

As always, I welcome feedback so please feel free to leave a comment here, or on my Facebook page.

I run two WhatsApp groups: one for bloggers and another for people who are self employed. If you would like to join one or both, feel free to send me a WhatsApp message to 07581407938 stating your name and blog name where relevant.

Alternatively, you can join my blogging group on Slack by sending me an email to Vicky@VickyCharles.com.

Really interesting – I try to tread the line between real and too stylised but there’s some great tips, and nice suggestions.
